Participants also called for a comprehensive national dialogue to unify all Palestinian factions, reactivate the PLO, and advance a shared national strategy rejecting annexation, displacement, and ethnic cleansing across Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.
Footage from Al-Qahera News (Egyptian state-affiliated outlet) shows delegations from various Palestinian resistance groups including Hamas, PIJ, PFLP and others, as well representatives from political factions such as the Palestinian National Initiative.
